Fashion: Belgian brands in the spotlight on Instagram with #jachetebelge

The fourth edition of  '#jachetebelge Insta Story Week' will kick off on 29 May and close on 5 June,  Belgian fashion federation Creamoda announced on Thursday.

The aim of the initiative is to highlight the Belgian brands with which the federation collaborates by involving Belgian content creators.

“In collaboration with more than 20 ‘micro’ and ‘macro’ influencers from diverse backgrounds, Creamoda will be putting their affinity for Belgian fashion brands at the heart of its content creation on social media throughout the week,” organisers explained.

The idea is to showcase Belgian creations on Instagram, and to do so through influencer marketing. Throughout the week, the content creators in question will “offer a podium” to the brands with which they have an affinity.

The #jachetebelge action is seen by the fashion federation as a prelude to the fifth edition of Belgian Fashion Week, a joint initiative of Creamoda and Mode Unie, to be held from 9 to 15 October.
