Marc Coucke’s investment firm, Alychlo, plans to build 25 apartments in Durbuy, the company has announced in a press release.

Marc Coucke has declared Durbuy as his “most outrageous and beautiful” undertaking yet, having invested in the hospitality industry and other tourism infrastructure in recent years.

In response to the high demand for second homes, Alychlo Real Estate has decided to construct 25 apartments near the historic city centre.

This is the first project of Coucke’s real estate branch. The intention is for the construction to begin at the end of this year, with the homes set to be completed in the first semester of 2025.

Although the official sale won’t commence until next week, three residences have already been marked as sold on the project’s website. The prices for the remaining apartments range from 380,000 to 790,000 euros.
