More than 30 Belgian chefs will be bringing their best dishes to the 'eat! BRUSSELS, drink! BORDEAUX' festival at Brussels Park this September.
Along with the chefs, 40 Bordeaux wine merchants will be at the festival with a full range of wine to pair with the food. Cheese and dessert bars will round out the festival's offerings.
The chefs will work in pop-up kitchens and serve "a signature dish for visitors which sums up their culinary identity," according to a press release from the festival.
The festival will also include a competition for the 'best prawn croquettes in Brussels.'
The pre-sale for the festival lasts until 4 September, with prices for passes starting at 16 euro. The festival takes place on the 5-8 of September.
