The art-deco swimming pool in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode is set to reopen by the end of the summer.
After being closed for more than 10 years, the art-deco swimming pool in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode was set to reopen this past May. The opening was cancelled, however, after it was discovered that the water filter system was damaged.
The necessary repairs were completed in June, and the pool was re-scheduled to open in July. Now the event has been pushed back to around September because water tests must performed to ensure the pool meets all health standards.
No date has been set, but city officials plan to open the pool before the start of the new school year.
