Traveling with a partner who snores can be challenging. While at home, you can manage the situation by sleeping separately, but when on a trip, booking a separate room in a hotel becomes necessary.

Recognising this issue, travel organisation De Blauwe Vogel has introduced a package tailored for snorers.

Over 2.5 million Belgians endure sleepless nights due to their partner's snoring, which can strain relationships. While simple solutions such as asking the snoring partner to sleep on their side or using earplugs might not always work, experts suggest that the most effective approach is to sleep separately. This has led to an increasing number of Flemish couples opting for separate beds or rooms, but the dilemma arises when planning holidays. Do they need to book two hotel rooms?

The ingenious solution comes from Trudo Carlier, an innovator at travel organisation De Blauwe Vogel. Recognising the rising demand for separate sleeping arrangements, Carlier has crafted a unique arrangement for snorers. Couples can now book two rooms with a soundproof door that can be opened during the day and closed at night.

This way, partners can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without compromising their holiday experience. To kickstart this initiative, De Blauwe Vogel is organising a snoring trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, staying at the luxurious four-star Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah on 19 March next year.

When booking individually, one would have to pay full price for both rooms. However, through De Blauwe Vogel, there is only a surcharge of €300 on top of the €1,200 package price. This discount is possible due to the organisation's bulk purchasing of rooms and the timing of the trip.

With this pioneering offering, De Blauwe Vogel aims to create a successful and unprecedented travel experience, as no other company currently provides such a tailored solution.
