Belgian athletes earned $48,000 in bonuses in Budapest during the 19th edition of the World Championships, which took place from 19 to 27 August 2023 in Budapest, thanks to five top-8 finishes.

For the first time since 2013, Team Belgium athletics returned from the 19th edition of the World Championships held from 19 to 27 August in Budapest without a podium finish.
