Art, music and culture

'A Christmas Carol', Théâtre Molière, Friday 22 and Saturday 23 December

Founded by Alexandre Diaconu in 2022, The New Musical Company aims to produce new original musicals, in English and French. The company has already produced two musicals: 'Morgane', a story about King Arthur told from the perspective of his sister Morgane, and 'Perpetua', a unique one-woman musical about the resilience of artists.

Now, they are bringing 'A Christmas Carol' to the stage. The musical thriller is an original adaptation of Dickens' work, retold as a ghost story in a much darker tone. With an international cast of 14 actors and a production rich in colour and choreography, this is certainly not one to miss.
