Rock Werchter unveils 18 new names for 2024 edition

Rock Werchter, due to run from 4 to 7 July 2024, has unveiled eighteen new acts including The Pretenders, Tom Odell and Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, who will all be joining headliners Dua Lipa and Foo Fighters.

According to organisers, these newly announced groups present a blend of soulful sounds, powerful blues, sharp rock, impactful hip-hop alongside accomplished songwriters and inspiring icons.

Festival-goers on Thursday, 4th July, will witness live performances from The Cat Empire, Jalen Ngonda, Bombay Bicycle Club, guitarist Johnny Marr and folk band Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats.

The following day, the stage will be set ablaze with the soulful Gary Clark Jr., energetic rock from Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, introspective folk-pop courtesy of Tom Odell, and vibrant pop from Declan McKenna.

The Saturday line-up includes intriguing acts such as Brihang, Cian Cucrot, No Guidnce and the captivating hip-hop of Noname. Lastly, Sunday’s closing day will feature The Pretenders, IDLES, Lawrence, and Matt Maltese.

Further artists will be revealed in the coming days.
