Various banking transactions impossible due to a technical problem at ING

Bank ING is experiencing technical problems after a problem occurred during IT maintenance work during the night from Saturday to Sunday.

As a result, it is not possible to make banking transactions via the ING banking app or via ING HomeBank, to withdraw and deposit money at ING ATMs and to deposit money into ING accounts at Batopin CASH points.

"Our teams are doing everything they can to resolve the problem before Monday morning 25 March," ING said in a press release. The bank also apologises to its customers for the inconvenience.

The problem occurred during scheduled maintenance work.

It is still possible to make payments with ING debit and credit cards, and customers can also still withdraw money from Batopin CASH points or other third-party ATMs, or make payments with Google Pay and Apple Pay.
