Supermarket chain Cora, in collaboration with the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (Afsca), is recalling packs of four Jacquet-branded oregano focaccias potentially containing glass fragments.
The product was sold in Cora supermarkets in La Louvière, Chatelineau, Hornu, Rocourt, Messancy, Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, and Anderlecht.
Customers who purchased this product are urged not to consume it and return it to the point of sale for a refund.
The products have been removed from shelves and a ‘Customer Recall’ notice has been posted in stores.
