Bullet holes found in Anderlecht shop after shooting incident

Shots were fired late Monday night in Anderlecht, the Brussels-Midi police zone, which includes the suburb, reported on Tuesday.

Police responded to reports of gunfire at the Place du Conseil in Anderlecht shortly before midnight. On arriving there, officers found several bullet holes in the facade of a shop.

No injuries were reported.

An investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances of the incident.

Brussels-Midi police confirmed that no suspects had been apprehended.
