"Flow is not a solution but a tool to show that Brussels needs an outdoor swimming pool", according to Paul Steinbrück, head of Pool is Cool and manager of Flow.
"And that can be done without issues, we haven't had any."
Flow managers are also pleased with the success of their fundraising campaign which enabled them to fund their project. In total, they raised €61. 671.
"This sum gives us the freedom to develop Flow as a prototype. We want to install a sauna there this year, so that we can be active all year round," stressed the organisers of Pool is Cool, who added that they want to install filters, so they can work without using chemicals.
