The Magnetic Flow project, "an immersive exhibition of sound and light," will take place from 1 December 2022 to 19 March 2023 at LaVallée Cultural Centre in Brussels, its organisers said on Thursday.

In an area of over 1,000m2, visitors will be able to discover six installations by Collectif Scale, internationally renowned for its interactive robotic light creations.

Art, technology and music lovers alike will be able to enjoy a sensory experience in two variants, one during the day and one at night, according to the organisers.

During the day, three of the proposed installations will take the form of contemplative robotic shows lasting between five and ten minutes.

The other three installations will be interactive and directly triggered by the visitor using a button, a movement, a joystick, etc.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover or rediscover Ammonite, one of Collectif Scale’s major works.

Ammonite is a stage and musical installation, the product of collaboration with pianist and composer Rami Khalifé, in which the piano is accompanied by a kinetic luminous visual structure that is entirely responsive to the music.

In the evening, on Fridays and Saturdays, DJs and artistes will take over LaVallée from 7pm to perform live, surrounded by the interactive scenography.
