Video surveillance camera images were also consulted, which showed two people breaking the window. A detailed description of them was then communicated to all patrols in the Brussels North police zone.

The two suspects were apprehended shortly afterwards, thanks in part to the Dog Brigade's assistance.

They were then interviewed and turned over to the Public Prosecutor's Office in Brussels.
