The Bois de la Cambre was closed Tuesday to all vehicles due to harsh weather and particularly high winds of up to 85 km /h, reported the police of the Brussels Capital area. Due to the risk of falling branches or trees, the authorities are also advising the public not to try to cross the park. The Bois de la Cambre will be reopened to users as soon as weather conditions permit, police stated
The Brussels and Neder-over-Heembeek cemeteries, Egmont Park, Parc de Bruxelles, and all regional and municipal parks were closed on Tuesday. They remained inaccessible to the public in the evening and will reopen on Wednesday.
