The strike in the provinces of Liège, Namur, and Eastern Flanders has heavily affected motorway traffic in the country. At the height of rush hour, 8.30am, there were 280 kilometers of traffic jams. 250 kilometers of this was in Flanders, said the Flemish traffic center on Monday.
