Gradual increase in flights at Zaventem airport

Brussels Airlines will operate six flights on Sunday. Starting Monday (4 April), the company will gradually extend the flights and include long-haul flights and additional European flights.

Three round flights will take place on Sunday afternoon (Faro at 13.40, Athens at 15.55 and Turin at 18.40). The planes will return later to Brussels, clarified Arnaud Feist, CEO of the airport.

On Monday, 16 European flights are planned and the resumption of international flights.

"We plan to increase the number of flights every day," said Geert Sciot, the Brussels Airlines spokesman, stressing that flights are still operated from regional airports.

Passengers traveling from Zaventem should arrive at the airport with a printed proof of their reservation or their ticket. All practical information is available on the website www.brusselsairport2203.be.
