The body of a man who left an emergency department was found Wednesday in Geraardsbergen in the province of East Flanders.
The causes of his death have yet to be specified, but it is not considered suspicious, said the prosecutor of East Flanders.
The 45-year-old man went to the emergency department at the Geraardsbergen hospital on New Year's Eve with a head injury. He then left without waiting for treatment.
