The Parliament approved on Thursday a bill that will allow foreign workers to request receiving their work and residence permits in a single document. The decision must be made within 60 days. The employee will apply for the document through their employer to the relevant region. The latter must then send the file to the Immigration Office, which will decide on the residence permit.
After the positive rulings of the Immigration Office and the region, the Office can transfer all the decisions in a single document to the employee and the employer.
