More than 30,000 people visited the European institutions based in Brussels during the Open Day on Saturday. The Open Day is part of the Europe Day celebrations. 25,000 people attended the event last year.
Visitors were able to take part in various activities throughout the day, such as public debates and guided visits of the European institution’s buildings. The institutions involved include the Parliament and the Commission.
