Famous rappers announce they will fight each other in Brussels

French rapper Booba, has announced that a boxing bout has been sceduled in Brussels against his rival rapper Kaaris. The fight will take place at Palais 12 (18,000 person capacity) on 5 April, in the light heavyweight category.
After a close relationship, the two fell out and have become “enemies”. Booba and Kaaris were handed an 18 months suspended prison sentence in October after a violent brawl between the two at Paris airport. An incident which had taken place in August.
Next a hearing is scheduled on 17 January to determine the damages. The airport brawl is said to have caused direct and indirect damages estimated to a value of at least 50,000 euros.
Since the airport incident, the two rappers have been at each other publicly and via their music platforms. They have now finally accepted to confront each other in the ring, to settle their scores in the so-called noble art of boxing.
