One of the perpetrators who abducted a 24-year-old man on the Place Emile Bockstael in Brussels on 13 June 2019 was filmed by security cameras.
The footage shows a man of slim build with a beard and wearing sunglasses. He is wearing dark trousers, a green T-shirt and a cap. The police report he is likely involved in drugs trafficking.
