Couleur Café festival, which will take place at the foot of the Atomium in Osseghem Park from 28 to 30 June this year, has revealed six new acts for its 2024 edition.

The festival will serve up the very best of dub, funk, Latin, jazz and soul, as well as R&B, hip-hop, afro and amapiano at the start of this year's summer holidays. Last month, it already unveiled its first five acts, including Fatoumata Diawara and STIKSTOF.

On Friday 28 June, the festival is gearing up for the most anticipated musical shower of the year with Tyla, an artist from Johannesburg who has became a global sensation with her 2023 RnB hit "Water". Veteran French rapper Disiz, who was born to a Senegalese father and Belgian mother, will is also perform his rap repertoire which dates back to 1995.

The next day, Couleur Café is welcoming the renowned former chef from Brooklyn and international superstar, the massively talented rap bear: Action Bronson. Representing East Coast rap and enriched with soul, jazz, and funk samples, he is sure to delight old-school rap enthusiasts.

Meanwhile, Brihang, a Flemish rapper and local talent will showcase Dutch-language hip-hop through his new album entitled Droomvoeding. To conclude this second festival day, UK reggae roots legends Steel Pulse will unleash their timeless jams to the festival's sizeable reggae following, which date back to the first editions of the festival.

On Sunday, the grand finale will feature Nubiyan Twist, a band born in the heart of Leeds who are at the forefront of the UK's nu jazz scene. Festival-goers will be treated to uplifting fusions of neo-soul, jazz-funk, afro-groove and broken beat.

More acts will soon be announced. Day tickets cost €56 (all fees included), full weekend tickets cost €119, and camping tickets (with the campsite right beside the venue) cost €135.
