The price of 95 (E10) petrol in Belgium is set to increase from Thursday.

The Federal Public Service for Economy announced that it will be the first time since early October 2023 that the cost per litre will exceed €1.85.

The new maximum price will be €1.858 per litre, a hike of 3.1 cents from the current price.

Meanwhile, the price of 98 (E5) petrol will drop by 8 cents per litre to €1.958 from Thursday.

These price changes are influenced by international oil and/or bio component market fluctuations, according to the Federal Public Service for Economy.
