2 boys aged 6 and 11 are allegedly suspected of rape on 2 8- and 9-year-old girls. The facts allegedly took place on Saturday afternoon, reveals La Dernière Heure in its Monday morning edition. The prosecutor in Mons would not confirm the allegation. The facts allegedly occurred in the Alliance neighbourhood in Boussu on Saturday afternoon, according to La Dernière Heure which mentions police intervention in the case of an attack on 2 little girls by 2 young boys. The 2 victims were taken to hospital in Hornu, and several tests including a gynaecological examination allegedly revealed lesions consistent with rape.
La Dernière Heure also states that Boussu alderman Jean-Claude Debiève allegedly confirmed the facts as well as the arrest of the 2 potential perpetrators, who are now home, and are expected to be questioned shortly in the presence of their parents. “The police force did in fact inform me of this case on Saturday afternoon, but I know very little. In cases such as this one, we must all be very careful what we say,” pointed out the alderman to the daily publication.
Contacted by the Belga press agency on Monday, the prosecutor in Mons would not comment on the alleged news.
