69% of Belgians mostly trust or completely trust King Philippe, according to an Ipsos poll done during a special program called “Place Royale”. It will be broadcast to celebrate the 1000th day of King Philippe’s reign. It will be shown on RTL-TVi. The poll was answered by 1069 Belgians aged 16 to 70, and took place between the 8th and 12th of April.
11% of those asked totally trust the King, 58% mostly trust him. 21% do not completely trust him, and 10% don’t trust him at all.
13% of people aged 55-70 totally trust him, but only 9% of those aged 16 to 34 do. 24% of 16-34 year olds don’t totally trust him, and 20% of 35-54 year olds and 55-70 year olds feel the same way.
8% of the Flemish people asked totally trust him, and 20% of Brussels residents and 13% of Walloons do too. 23% of Flemish people chose “don’t totally trust”, along with 17% of Brussels residents and 18% of Walloons.
