A train parked by the Louvain train station rolled for 150 metres without a driver on Wednesday afternoon. However, at no point was anyone in danger, says the national railway company, SNCB, which is investigating the incident. According to an SNCB spokesman who confirmed an article in Thursday’s edition of Het Laastse Nieuws daily, three carriages began moving at about 3.50 p.m. in Louvain.

“The carriages, without passengers or driver on board, rolled slowly towards the Louvain station,” the SCNB stated, adding that they were stopped after 150 metres.
