The maximum price of diesel will increase by 3.3 cents from Friday, bringing it to 1.424 euro per litre, its highest level since October 2014. It will also exceed the maximum price for 95E10 gas, which now costs 1.422 euro per litre.
The increase is the result of fluctuations in the prices of oil products and/or bio components included in their composition on international markets, according to the Economic Affairs Department.
