A temperature of 21,5°C was recorded today at 2 p.m. in Dourbes in Wallonia. The Belgian record has officially been broken for the hottest day ever recorded for a day in February, according to Meteorologist David Dehenauw on twitter.

The previous record was set on 14 February 1990 with a temperature of 21,1 °C recorded in Liège.
This week has seen unusually high temperatures, with 20°C recorded in Uccle in Brussels Monday, and 20,2°C on Tuesday.
The sunny weather has to unfortunately come to an end however, with maximum temperatures of 13 to 14°C forecasted for Thursday.
