This April 22nd, Easter Monday, all administrations and banks will remain closed in Belgium. The same goes for bpost. Even if the post offices are usually open on Saturday, this will not be the case on Monday. Bpost and Kariboo collection points, however, will follow the opening hours of the stores in which they are located.
There will be no distribution of newspapers, letters and parcels as is the case on public holidays.
At the supermarket level, Aldi, Lidl, Match, Cora and Colruyt will be closed. However, some Delhaize and Carrefour stores will be open on both days, following the usual Sunday hours. The list of open supermarkets is available on the respective sites of the two brands: Delhaize and Carrefour.
The majority of shopping centres in Wallonia and Brussels will also remain closed, so are pharmacies and Ikea stores.
