A man was seriously injured in Charleroi on Sunday morning. He was stabbed in the face. A suspect has been arrested, and the attempted murder case has been passed on to an investigating judge. An individual was stabbed in the face at Brabant quay in Charleroi at around 8.30am on Sunday morning, the Charleroi Prosecutor’s office has said. The circumstances behind the attack are not yet known. However, a suspect was quickly arrested and taken into custody, and police plan to question him. The seriously injured victim was taken to hospital. The Prosecutor’s office passed the attempted murder case on to investigating Judge Laurence Wauthier.
