Next 17-18 October, the integrated police will organize another “marathon” speed control operation on the country’s roads. During the last operation of this kind, on 18-19 April, local and federal police had made 1,390,425 speed controls throughout the country and observed 35,158 violations. In total, 2.53% of tested drivers were driving too fast.
This 10th “marathon” operation, organized in collaboration with Vias Institute, was presented at 11:15 am today at a Brussels press conference.
