Saphir Smith Legrand, a 26-year-old woman from Liège, has been missing in London since 10 December.

In an attempt to locate Smith Legrand, her family circulated an appeal for witnesses on social media on Sunday, as reported by Sudinfo on Tuesday.

"My cousin Saphir has been missing since 10 December. She lives in London. Both the Belgian and English police, as well as the Belgian embassy in London, have been notified and are taking her disappearance very seriously," stated her cousin Timon on Facebook.

Saphir is described as being 167 cm tall, with brown eyes and curly brown hair. She has been living in London for the past three years, residing in the Portobello neighbourhood of Notting Hill, in the Kensington and Chelsea district.

Anyone who has seen Saphir, or may have information about her, is requested to contact her family or the police.

Currently, no missing person's report has been issued by either the federal police or Child Focus, Belga News Agency stated on Tuesday morning.
