Real-life Mario Kart game in ParisSaturday, 09 March 2019 18:46
Do you have a pair of blue dungarees? A red cap? A moustache? If so, you can apply for one of the 600 spaces available for this event. ‘Mushroom Rallye Karting’ will let fans take part in a karting race disguised as one of the characters that made the Nintendo game so popular: Mario, Yoshi, Peach and Luigi. The date has yet to be determined.
“We are offering spaces for the Mushroom Rallye Karting event, which is a costumed karting race inspired by the Mario Kart video game. Get your name on the list and be the first to know when tickets go on sale!”, the organisers wrote on the event’s website.
“Here’s what to expect: have you always wanted to become one of the characters from your favourite video games? Then get your costume together and prepare to hit top gear with Mushroom Vallye Karting! Take part in a real-life experience: collect as many stars as possible but watch out for those banana skins. On your marks, get set, go!”
