A 53-year-old Belgian paraglider died during a jump in Ansermanuevo (Colombia) on Saturday, according to news website Noticias NVC.
He took off from Wayra, but a powerful air current made him lose control of his parachute and he fell 200 metres.

He was taken to hospital, but doctors were unable to save him.
