A father and his daughter, aged 16 years, were killed by a bullet on Sunday evening at their home in Wideumont (Libramont-Chevigny).
The Public Prosecutor for the Luxembourg province indicated this today (Monday).

The killer was a former boyfriend of the young girl.

The incident occurred yesterday (Sunday) around 9.30 p.m. The prosecutor says that the crime was premeditated.

On returning home after the crime, the killer shot himself. The judge with responsibility for the case confirms that he is currently in a critical condition.

The younger sister of the young girl killed was present at the time the crime took place. She was able to flee the scene. The case is currently subject to invesigation.
