A programmer working for the Foreign Affairs Ministry was bugged the NSA (National Security Agency) from 2002 to 2008.

So reveal documents disseminated by WikiLeaks which La Libre Belgique has seen. Responsible for installing I.T. networks within embassies, the programmer was working in Vienna.

The reasons for this bugging are unknown. The Minister for Foreign Affairs, who was not clued up on the facts, condemns these practices.
