A 47-year-old man of Afghan origin has been placed under arrest in connection with the triple homicide in Roeselare, Flanders.
The suspect will appear before the Kortrijk council chamber on Friday, the prosecutor’s office announced on Tuesday.
Three fatal stabbings occurred on Sunday in Roeselare, leaving three people dead.
The attacker fled the scene but was apprehended on Sunday evening after an intensive manhunt.
