In response to an earlier report, a woman and her eight-year-old daughter have been discovered after going missing on Tuesday.
Bénédicte Dumoulin and her daughter Léa were discovered on Friday, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office in Liège.
A missing persons report had been issued when they failed to return to Liège after an excursion to the Flemish seaside in Oostende.

They were last spotted leaving a hotel at 19:30 on Tuesday evening.
According to preliminary reports, the woman and her child had spent the previous several days in an apartment with people they met during their trip.
