Diesel prices at Belgian pumps will increase from this Wednesday, reaching a two-year high following a year of steadily rising prices.
The changes, announced by Belgium’s federal administration service FPS Economy, will see the maximum price of B7 diesel rise to €1.566 per litre (+ €0.022).
B10 diesel will increase to a maximum price of €1.549 per litre (+ €0,023) and XTL diesel to €2.725 per litre (+ €0,036).
The change in prices is a result of fluctuations in the international petroleum markets. The price of all diesel – whether for transport or heating purposes – in Belgium has been rising throughout 2021.
