On Wednesday 9 July, a suspect was arrested in Rotterdam for the fatal shooting that took place in Anderlecht on 5 June, according to the Dutch police.
A 49-year-old man was killed in a shooting on Boulevard Sylvain Dupuis, after which the shooter jumped onto the scooter of an accomplice who was waiting for him.
The trail of one of the suspects led to Rotterdam, where the man was arrested on Wednesday by the Dutch police's Special Intervention Service.
"The man will be brought before the examining magistrate of the Amsterdam court today, who will decide whether he will be placed in extradition detention," the Dutch police said.
