A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a tram on Saturday night in Schaerbeek, Brussels.
The incident occurred around 11:20 at Liedts Square.
Emergency services confirmed the victim’s life is in danger and the individual was transported to hospital for urgent medical care.
The tram driver and a witness, both severely traumatised by the accident, were also taken to hospital.
Authorities are still investigating the exact circumstances of the collision.
