The driver who committed a hit-and-run after a fatal collision in Moustier-sur-Sambre turned himself in to the police on Monday, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday.
A man in his sixties was killed on Sunday evening while walking his dog. He was hit on the pavement. The driver committed a hit-and-run but turned himself in to the police on Monday.
The driver, born in 1998, has been arrested for involuntary manslaughter caused by a traffic accident and hit-and-run.
