Hottest 25 February on record as Brussels basks in unseasonably warm temperatures

The highest temperature ever recorded for 25 February was measured this Wednesday in Uccle, reaching 18.9°C at 14:00.

This surpasses the previous record of 18.8°C on 25 February 2019, according to meteorologist David Dehenauw from the Royal Meteorological Institute, who shared the information on X.

The temperature is expected to rise slightly further in the coming hours, which will confirm the exact new record for this date.
